Dream Auto uses cutting edge technology to help keep you informed and up to date on the inspections we run on your vehicle.
We use digital work flow software by AutoVitals. Our mechanics use this platform when conducting auto inspections. A checklist guides the mechanic through vital points that need to be checked. The technicians are able to type in custom notes, take photographs and indicate in the photograph any parts that need fixing and also take onsite videos.
Once complete, the entire report is sent to your computer or smart phone via text or link, where you can view the full report, any photos or videos taken by the mechanic.
As education is also important, your report comes with links to educational videos for any key points throughout the inspection.
